Kenber Developments were commissioned to completed a new contemporary extension to this residence on the Ballinteer Road, Dublin. The team carried out the works while renovating parts of the dwelling, while building a new entrance to the home and rear extension. As part of the works, the team managed the install of a new kitchen and exterior patio deck. Another neat feature the team had to work around was the exposed brick wall in the living area and kitchen.
